If you'd like to volunteer to be in charge of a coffee hour which entails putting up a few signs, setting up and cleaning up, please fill out the form below and your name will be added to the schedule.

For hosts:
  1. Print out a copy of the instructions to use while you're setting up and cleaning up.
  2. Print out a sign-in sheet which you'll need as part of the instructions.
  3. On the morning of the coffee hour:
    1. Print out and post about ten copies of a sign about EBU1 and 2, SERF, CMRR, etc. (example.ppt, example.pdf)
    2. Send a message to ece-people@ece.ucsd.edu announcing the time (usually 3-4) and place (the third floor terrace at the north end EBUI, or outside of the grad lounge) of the coffee hour; (Please use the subject "ECE Coffee Hour Today: 3-4PM" for consistency.)
