MAINTENANCE
  --> Cleanup- General lounge cleanup a couple of times
      per week (like those subway bags with a full can
      of diet coke in them sitting on the windowsill)
  --> Plants- We still need to get these.  Someone will
      need to water them.  Jenny will make a calendar
      with scheduled watering dates so the plants don't
      die.
  --> Refrigerators- They still need an initial
      cleaning.  Are there any volunteers for this?  I
      bet we could find one.  Someone needs to be in
      charge of throwing away unlabeled/outdated food
      every Friday or something.

CHEZ BOB
  --> Ordering- Someone needs to be in charge of
      ordering nonperishables to be delivered from
      Costco.  Naomi has volunteered to do this.
  --> Purchasing- About once a month, frozen food and
      other perishables need to be stocked.  A trip to
      Costco is required.  Naomi might do this as well.
      Is there another volunteer to go with her?
  --> Finances- We need to find something to use as a
      money box.  This needs to be periodically emptied
      and funds deposited into the bank. Maziar will
      probably do this since he is the treasurer.
  --> Computer- We either need a computer or we need to
      make the one we currently have work.  The
      software to run the "chez bob" system needs to be
      set up.  Hey, I suggest Dana for this job since
      he can talk to people in the CS department.
      Didn't Andrew mention he has a barcode scanner
      we could use?

RECYCLING
  --> Set up recycling bins for aluminum, glass, etc.

LIBRARIAN
  --> Currently we don't have any books, but we could
      get some.  Does anyone want to donate some?  We
      have a bookshelf and plan on adding shelving to
      the walls in the recreation room. Someone needs
      to be in charge of the books.

DECORATING
  --> This is one of the most important jobs.  The
      lounge currently needs to be redecorated.  Steve
      and Dave have volunteered to help with this.
      Jenny might help too.  She is going to bring in
      her black light and hang it from the rafters (so
      we can see everything).
